I heard an excellent quote recently,
“Confidence is going after Moby Dick in a row boat
and taking tarter sauce with you.” Zig Zigler
This quote is perfect, because we have made a decision that is going to take a lot of confidence. We decided to sell our home and downsize.
This is a huge endeavor.
We have lived in our home for many years, and we love our neighbors and neighborhood.
We have decided that our home is just too big for us. We are cleaning out our closets and selling and getting rid of things. It has actually been very nice to de-junk.
Our house is so clean, I wonder why we didn’t do this sooner.
One part of selling our home that takes a lot of confidence is believing someone will come along and love our home like we have, another is believing and having confidence that we will find a smaller house that fits our needs; that this will all come together in a way that is best.
I believe it will.
We have started saying to each other as we come and go, “Don’t forget the tarter sauce!”
So…if I miss posting, please forgive me.
