Happy Birthday Sweet Natasha!

My sweet grandbaby is 3 years old!
What a doll! And her personality is so fun!
We will be just sitting together, and she will say, “I love you, Grandma”. I’ll say “I love you too!” Then I’ll say, “Can I be your grandma forever?” and she’ll say, “Mmm-hmm!”
When you pick her up to snuggle and give her a squish, she wraps her arms around your neck and pats your back. She is fun!! I am so glad to be her grandma.
Happy Birthday
 Natasha

A Fun Day!!!

We had such a fun day!
This was the day
before Riley left
for basic training.
We picked up Natasha and
went to see the farm animals.

I could tell Riley was feeling sad
that he wouldn’t see Natasha
for a while.

It was so fun to see the animals,
but there was a pretty strong smell
depending on which direction
the wind was blowing.
Aunties!
Going for a ride on the pony!!
“I love my Daddy!”
It was such a beautiful day! I love it when the whole family is together.

A Party on Christmas Day 2009

The Family all enjoyed themselves!
Dad reading a card.
(I’m not sure, but he might be Santa)
Me with my sweet Natasha.
My Mom!
Exhausted and snoring loud! 😉
Emily intent on the game.
Too many parties!
I love my families, all of them. I married into a great family and I grew up in a great family. And…I am the mother of a great family. I feel so blessed and thank Father in Heaven for all of them.

I hope you all had a wonderful Christmas season!

Sweet Angel!

I’m pretty sure this is what an
Angel
looks like.
Who knew a person could love this much. I’ve heard it said that “the more we love, the greater our capacity to love is”. When I had my first child, I thought I could never love anyone as much as I loved him. Then I had another, and another, and one more still. And I realized, I loved them all more that words can say. How did this happen? Unless, my ability to love has grown. Now I’m a grandma and this little angel has come into my life. How could I possibly love another grandbaby as much as I love her? I can’t imagine it, but I know I will! Whenever that day comes.
Natasha = LOVE!
Love’s- nothing till you give it away, give it away, give it away……
You end up having more.
I love being a mom and a grandma!
